This study examines challenges in implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) in academia and proposes effective solutions. It recommends establishing a high-level body of TQM experts to identify strengths and weaknesses in higher education and propose an integrated system. Collaboration with experienced Arab and foreign countries in TQM is essential. The study emphasizes the relationship between the quality of higher and secondary education, advocating for quality standards in all secondary institutions. Benchmarking with similar institutions is suggested, along with promoting a culture of quality assurance and encouraging TQM methods. Involving faculty and administrative members is crucial, as is learning from established universities. Further research on TQM in different education levels and faculties is also recommended.
