This research aims to develop teachers' competencies in light of Total Quality Management in education. The study addresses the concept of Total Quality Management, its principles, and requirements in education, as well as identifying the required competencies for teachers in this context. The research also aims to propose a framework for developing teachers' competencies within the framework of Total Quality Management. This study is of great importance in improving teachers' performance and enhancing the quality of the education system. The research adopts a theoretical descriptive approach to analyze the concept of Total Quality Management and its application in education, and presents a research plan that includes main content related to the concept of Total Quality Management, its principles and requirements in education, teachers' competencies, and a proposed framework for its implementation in education.
