This paper explores the Six Sigma methodology with a focus on its applicability for improving process quality in higher education institutions. The study highlights the concept of Six Sigma, its key features, and its various applications, emphasizing the growing necessity and importance of adopting modern approaches in higher education to enhance processes and services. The successful implementation of Six Sigma in universities depends on fulfilling essential requirements, including human, organizational, and technological prerequisites.
