We are not proposing ideas that are unrealistic; instead, we aim to encourage people to take responsibility. This is crucial for effectively managing and enhancing their communities. It's evident that individuals play a significant role in creating life, and the progress we witness in various aspects wouldn't be possible without creative ideas and productive efforts. Human resources development has become a key focus for researchers and those invested in development issues. In this modest scientific effort, we aim to contribute to the development of teachers and address the needs of primary schools for qualified educators.
