The study aims to examine the requirements for the success of the electronic document management system at the Social Security Institution in Green Mountain. The study used a descriptive-analytical methodology, distributing 535 questionnaires to institution employees. Results revealed that 53.67% of employees perceive a lack of clear document management plan, while 74.2% receive computer-related training. Additionally, 72% believe that upper management provides financial support for electronic document technologies. Employees anticipate that the electronic system will enhance speed, accuracy, and transparency, reducing document loss. Study recommendations include developing well-planned strategies, effective investment in information technology, and establishing a general electronic archive management.
