The aim of this research is to identify the requirements for the success of an electronic document management system in the Social Security Institution in Green Mountain and its branches. The study analyzed the factors influencing the success of this system, including technical, organizational, and human aspects. The descriptive-analytical research methodology was used, where data was collected and analyzed to reach useful conclusions. Through this research, a set of basic requirements for ensuring the success of an electronic document management system was identified, including technological infrastructure, management policies, and employee training and awareness. The study concluded that meeting these requirements could significantly contribute to the effectiveness and success of the electronic document management system in the Social Security Institution in Green Mountain and its branches.
