The research addresses the reality of educational supervision in public schools in the city of Albayda, focusing on contemporary educational trends. It discusses the role and importance of educational supervision in enhancing the quality of education, shedding light on factors influencing the effectiveness of educational supervision, such as the educational context and modern teaching techniques. Additionally, the research provides an evaluation of the current status of educational supervision in the city's schools and highlights the challenges facing this system, while proposing recommendations for its development and improvement. The study relies on an investigative and analytical methodology for data collection and analysis, aiming to understand the current situation and offer necessary recommendations to enhance the role of educational supervision in improving the quality of education in Albayda's public schools.
