Extent of practicing the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership among principals of general education schools in the city of El-Beida.

This research has aimed to know extent practice of dimensionality of entrepreneurial leadership by the principals of general education schools in the city of El-Beida, and a questionnaire was used to collect data, the research sample consisted of (285) male and female teachers. This research concluded to level of practicing the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership has an average level. And there are no differences -at the level (0,05=α)- in the practice of the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership due to the variable of the gender of respondents, while there are statistically significant differences -at the level (0,05=α)- attributed to the variable of the educational stage in the dimensions of initiative and risk.
