This study explores patterns of transformation in the interrogative style. Transformation, in this context, refers to the transfer of the original syntax, or the generative sentence, into another one known as the transformational sentence. The transformational sentence transforms one of its elements (adding, transferring, deleting, or transforming the above syntax). The researcher has investigated the interrogative syntaxes in the noun clause that consisted of Mubtada and Khabar, as well as investigated the interrogative syntax in the verb clause and its transformation patterns.
