Abstract

This study, conducted via a mailed survey, evaluates the knowledge and skill levels of agricultural extension workers in the White Ministry of Agriculture. The research revealed that while nearly half possess high agricultural qualifications, they lack sufficient practical experience. Additionally, about a quarter have limited experience in extension work, and most don't prioritize diversifying their information sources. Despite this, the results indicated that a significant portion of the workers demonstrate a high level of knowledge and skill, although some require further development in practical skills.
