This research focuses on updating education through the implementation of e-learning. It aims to identify effective strategies for transitioning from traditional face-to-face education to technology-based education, while also highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of localizing e-learning projects. The study emphasizes the need for increased awareness and collaboration among education ministries, as well as the importance of disseminating e-learning culture among students and parents. It also highlights the significance of training educators and establishing a robust information technology infrastructure to support e-learning initiatives. The study concludes with recommendations for enacting legislation to regulate e-learning, developing a comprehensive national vision, and creating dedicated departments to oversee its implementation and supervision.
