Despite the outbreak of the pandemic in China, and doctors there issued a number of warnings, the world kept on moving regularly, until the pandemic went straight to epidemic stage, and all countries in the world were confronted with a fast-spreading virus. At the same time, it puts a strain on the health-care system because to the steady growth in the number of illnesses, despite the virus's small number of fatalities. Here, each country has began to fight to restrict the virus's transmission by preventative measures, the most essential of which are sanitary isolation and social distancing, and this has affected other areas, including the economy, education, tourism, and the closure of houses of prayer in different countries.Algeria, for instance, tried to adapt to the epidemiological situation by creating specific alternatives at the level of education. Studies have been suspended in both of schooling and higher education sectors, and at the same time it is time to resort to distance learning, as an exceptional solution, especially since the period of continuation of the health crisis is unknown, and that all international medical reports do not indicate a close solution, and distance learning has proven to be effective in this regard, both in Algerian schools and at universities, however this has resulted in a dilemma due to the novelty of the experience and its difficulty of acceptability by students. That is what we will attempt to identify in this research paper.
