Job Satisfaction among Kindergarten Teachers: A Field Study on a Sample of Kindergarten Teachers in Al-Bayda and Shahhat Cities

The aim of this study is to assess the level of job satisfaction among kindergarten teachers in the cities of Al-Bayda and Shahhat, and to reach conclusions that would benefit those responsible for kindergarten institutions in terms of awareness and proper guidance. The descriptive method was used in this study because it describes the current situation of the study variables. The study was applied to a sample of 60 individuals, and the data collection tool was a scale used to collect and analyze the data. Data collection took one month, and after completing the data collection process, the scales were processed for statistical analysis. The study found the following results: There is an increase in the level of job satisfaction among kindergarten teachers in general, which was reflected in their sense of achievement, responsibility, opportunities for promotion, and involvement in decision-making related to work.
