Abstract

Job satisfaction for individuals in the academic community is considered the cornerstone in the development of administrative, social, and educational processes, as it effectively contributes to the discovery, refinement, and training of minds and ideas in all aspects of knowledge and technological advancement, leading to the creation of competent individuals. Advocating for the enhancement of job satisfaction levels among administrative and working individuals is one of the most important factors influencing positively towards exerting more efforts towards improving and developing the performance of workers in the educational process. Therefore, the state has allocated a significant portion of its budget to spending on educational sectors, and has focused on qualifying and training educational staff at all levels. Consequently, this study aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction among administrative staff working in university faculties, as well as to identify the level of job satisfaction among administrative staff according to personal variables, and also to provide a conceptual framework for an important topic in social and educational thought such as job satisfaction.
