Abstract

The study indicates that advancements in the medical field and medical technology play a vital role in boosting the functional efficiency of hospitals. Emphasis is placed on the importance of improving medical techniques and providing modern equipment to ensure the effective delivery of healthcare. The study also underscores the significance of having well-qualified and adequately trained medical staff, as well as enhancing the working environment to promote functional performance. It is emphasized that elevating the level of training and academic qualifications for medical teams contributes to improving the quality of healthcare. As for Libyans' inclination towards seeking medical treatment abroad, the study suggests that several factors may influence this trend, including the availability of treatment options within the country and the satisfaction of patients with local services. The importance of enhancing local services to encourage Libyans to rely on local treatment and reduce the need to seek treatment abroad is emphasized.
