Work environment, Job Load of married woman, and their ef-fect on marital compatibility: A field study of working women in public Hospitals in the City of Benghazi

The current study aims to identify the effect of work environment, married woman’s job load on marital compatibility from their view points, as well as their awareness of the level of marital compatibility of working woman at public hospitals in Benghazi. Moreover, the study aims to identify the relationship between work environment, woman’s job load and marital compatibility. The study utilized a random simple sample, as well as descriptive and analytical methods, a questionnaire was used as tool for data collection. The study’s evidence show that the marital compatibility level was high, and there was a correlation between work environment and marital compatibility of working women in Benghazi public hospitals. At the same time, the evidence showed that there was no correlation between job load of working married women and marital compatibility in public hospitals in the city of Benghazi.
