One of the most important findings of the study was that a system contains various measures in nature to protect a witness, but these give him only temporary   reassurance. This led to being interference and ambiguity in the role of each all them and reveals differences in the early practices of the court. Also, it presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity to define the leadership responsibility of a one of the tribunal’s organs to take these measures.
