The Libyan Supreme Court serves as a multi-jurisdictional court of jurisdiction, resolving disputes between different courts and chambers. This research aims to analyze the composition of the Libyan Supreme Court and the mechanism for issuing decisions on conflicts. The Court is composed of a Chief Justice and a number of judges, and it consists of several chambers specializing in civil, criminal, administrative, and sharia cases. This study sheds light on the legal and historical framework of the Libyan Supreme Court and elucidates its role as a court of jurisdiction within the Libyan judicial system.
