An evaluative analytical view of the educational infrastructure project In the Great Jamahiriya

This study dealt with the evaluation of the project of the new educational structure in Libya, which was established more than 18 years ago. The study is especially Focused on the period between 1982 and 1999 when the project had been achieved. By using scientific norms or criteria in the evaluation, the study had some results according to the project goals. Some suggestions have been put in for those results.
