Bimaristans and baths in Baghdad in the Abbasid era

Islamic civilization in the east and west of the earth was filled with many social institutions and facilities, with mutual functions and different goals, as well as for the good and happiness of man, providing him with means of physical, mental and psychological comfort, caring for the weak, relieving the distressed and needy, treating the sick...etc., which achieves A healthy society capable of working and producing. This study reviews “the bimaristans and baths in Baghdad in the Abbasid era,” considering that the bimaristans “hospitals” and baths are one of the tributaries of social institutions in Islamic civilization.
