Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the reality of implementing e-management at the Social Security Institution in Al-Bayda, while examining differences in employees’ perspectives according to age, educational qualification, and experience, as well as measuring the impact of digital transformation on institutional performance and the challenges it faces. The study employed the descriptive-analytical approach and the case study method, targeting a random sample of 50 employees. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS. The results revealed statistically significant differences at the 0.01 level in favor of adopting e-management, alongside challenges such as weak infrastructure, limited digital skills, resistance to change among older age groups, and high costs. The study recommended developing infrastructure, keeping pace with technological advancements to integrate artificial intelligence in business intelligence systems, enhancing cybersecurity, and implementing intensive training programs to improve employees’ competencies, especially those with less digital experience.
