Towards faculty members from their point of view

The study aims to know the level and reality of the dimensions of social responsibility at the University of Benghazi towards faculty members from their point of view, by examining: the administrative and organizational reality dimension, the legal legislative reality dimension, the financial economic reality dimension, the human resource development dimension, and the reality of the technical dimension. And technology. The study population consisted of all faculty members working in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Benghazi, numbering (206), from which a relative stratified random sample of (100) members was drawn during the academic year (2020-2021). The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a standardized interview form was developed, the participant observation method was used to enhance the study, and some statistical methods were used. The results of the study resulted in: a decrease in the level of the dimensions of social responsibility in the College of Arts towards faculty members, as was shown. The lowest level of social responsibility in the college toward faculty members was in the human development dimension, and in the second place of decline came double the social responsibility dimension in the legal-legislative field, then in the third place of decline came double the level of the college’s social responsibility dimension in the economic-financial field. Followed by the administrative field, and finally the technical and technological dimension in order of decline.
