The article highlights the identification of skills related to the design of electronic classrooms based on "single-package" technology and measures the level of performance of teachers. The modeling process was used as a research method to solve educational problems based on scientific research, in order to achieve the research goals, we conducted a preliminary survey indicating sample willingness, a classroom designation model was developed, a selection of software along with individual packages for designing of electronic classrooms based on the developed model, defining a list of practical skills and creating a map to measure the practical aspects. The study results showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the mean scores before and after application in favor of the score after application, and the researchers suggest this difference in members of the sample Mastery of didactic design skills.
