This study deals with the issue of methodological training for those interested in the legal field, especially in commenting on criminal legal provisions and texts, which is of great importance as one of the areas of legal science, especially in the creation of a researcher capable of criticism and analysis. And the analysis of legal rules and principles using the analytical approach, especially with the deficiencies found in this scientific field and the lack of interest in it, whether in terms of formality or objectivity. It is also essential to put an end to the conflict that can arise between court judgments when deciding similar cases, due to the difference in the interpretation of certain legal texts or the adherence to different opinions.
