This article addresses the importance of training in modern organizations and the challenges they face. It highlights the significance of developing skills and competencies for members of the organization, improving work methods, and enhancing the quality of products and services provided. The article also discusses the importance of adopting modern training methods and theories, such as the systems approach, which considers training as an integrated system that links inputs, processes, and outputs. The focus is on the necessity of designing comprehensive training programs that take into account all training elements and components. The research aims to shed light on the importance of training in individual development, organizational growth, and national progress.
