This research focuses on the Fekini Government in Libya during the period from 1963 to 1964, highlighting its achievements and challenges. It provides a biography of the Prime Minister, Muhieddin Mohammed Fekini, shedding light on the formation of the government and the reasons behind his selection. The study also examines the composition and changes within the cabinet, as well as the rumors preceding its official announcement. It highlights the ministers retained from the previous government and the new ministers appointed. The research also discusses the accomplishments and challenges faced by the government during its tenure. This abstract aims to provide a brief overview of the research and its content.
