This research aims to assess the performance of educational supervisors in the Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar region based on their professional competencies. The study was conducted in 2011 and employed research tools and analytical methods to evaluate the performance of educational supervisors. Various elements related to the professional competencies of supervisors and their impact on performance were examined. The study yielded important findings that contribute to improving the performance of educational supervisors and enhancing their professional capabilities. This research represents a valuable contribution to the field of evaluating the performance of educational supervisors and enhancing the quality of education.
