About the Conference

Omar Al-Mukhtar University, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Rehabilitation of Libya, is organizing an international scientific conference titled: " Training and Sustainable Development: Challenges of Reality and Future Aspirations" The conference aims to highlight the importance of training and its strategic role in enhancing institutional efficiency and developing human resources, with a focus on assessing the current state of training in Libya and identifying the key challenges facing the development of the training system.

The conference seeks to provide insights and practical solutions to support sustainable development through training, with the participation of a distinguished group of local and international researchers and experts. The conference will address several key themes, including evaluating the state of training, its role in sustainable development, current challenges, and policies and mechanisms for its development.
