Abadia is one of the most famous teams attributed to the Kharijites. By entering the doctrine of the Ibadis to the countries of the Maghreb (Africa) in the first half of the second century AD, their principle was embraced by many Moroccans until it became their official doctrine. (160 AH / 776 CE - 296 AH / 907 CE) has lived almost one hundred and thirty years, and extended its territory from Tripoli east to Tlemcen in the west and its capital was a civil Tahr. The study depend on the historical descriptive analytical approach in tracing the path of this division starting from its formation in the Arab Maghreb and the conditions that enabled it to expand its influence in the region. The study found that the existence of states and kingdoms independent of the Islamic caliphate in Mushrif or Morocco often depends on ideological difference or lack of economic and social justice.
