Tourism components in the city of Shahat

The research aims to study and enumerate the tourism potentials in the city of Shahat, where tourism is an economic activity that attracts labour and capital, and many countries of the world depend on their national economy on Tourist activity. The study followed the historical and descriptive method to describe the history of the region and the regional approach. In spite of its possession of many tourist attractions represented in the tourist climate, availability of vegetation cover in addition to its proximity to the beaches of Sousse and Ras Al Hilal, and the spread of water springs, In addition, it possesses a cultural heritage that dates back to the Greek and Roman civilization, but the city suffers from a severe shortage of infrastructure and tourism services, as well as political instability and the proliferation of weapons, which led to the emergence of difficulties that stand in the way of investing these ingredients and benefit from it as required and achieve a tourism base on which economic activity is based.
