The world has witnessed a number of changes that have impacted various aspects of contemporary life, affecting all societal institutions, values, and the pattern of social relations in general. Among the most prominent of these changes and developments are globalization, the knowledge explosion, and the communication revolution. Television is considered the most important medium and product of globalization, exerting a significant influence on viewers through the ideas and behaviors it presents. It engages all members of society in their daily lives. Some television programs pay special attention to children, who represent the hope of the future. Their upbringing and development are considered the optimal investment. Therefore, we must pay attention to everything television offers to children to contribute to their preparation for life in the future, especially after the family has relinquished its role.
