The study titled "Urban Growth in Talmitha Region" aimed to understand the nature of urban growth, track land use changes from 1966 to 2020, identify geographical factors influencing urban growth, and highlight problems hindering its direction. Key findings include rapid residential growth, limitations due to terrain and archaeological areas, private ownership issues, and unplanned constructions. Recommendations include directing future growth towards the northern coastal areas, improving infrastructure, developing new city plans, and enhancing the economic base, especially in tourism.
