Abstract

This study was motivated by years of daily interaction and work with a diverse group of faculty members at Omar Al-Mukhtar University, Derna Branch. The researcher observed the exceptional gathering of highly knowledgeable and experienced professors from various countries. This diversity, encompassing academic, cultural, social, and psychological aspects, presents a valuable opportunity to study and understand human behavior. By investing in this diversity, researchers can contribute to the psychological field and enhance communication and positive interaction within the university. Understanding the psychological, mental, and behavioral aspects of individuals is crucial for achieving performance excellence, yet it is often overlooked in many scientific and productive institutions. The focus on material and academic aspects neglects the importance of the human element. Therefore, the quality of education and scientific development should encompass attention to human and psychological aspects as fundamental goals.
