This study examines dispute resolution procedures before the performance judge, which are exceptions to general litigation rules. It explores the historical origins and legal basis of payment orders and highlights deficiencies in the current procedures. The objective is to reformulate the legal texts to ensure efficient and fair justice. The study includes Supreme Court rulings related to these orders.
