Saladin Al-Ayyubi is one of the prominent historical figures and great military leaders whose lives were linked to sacrifice and jihad for the sake of supporting Islam and liberating Muslim countries from the invading Crusaders. Therefore, it is not surprising that we find ancient and modern writers and researchers interested in studying many aspects of his political and military life, and this is the study that I chose. It has a name, (The Dinars of Al-Nasir Saladin Al-Ayyubi - A Study in Style and Content) It is nothing but an attempt to shed light on a topic of importance to those interested in Islamic numismatics, and is linked to King Al-Nassir Saladin, as it deals with what we have received of the gold dinars that were minted during his reign, Then, dividing it into a group of styles and introducing the various phrases, names, titles, and slogans included in its writings related to its shapes, weights, calibers, decorations, and the striking houses that produced it, in addition to trying to find relationships between it and the historical events that Egypt and the Levant witnessed at that time. In his study, the researcher relied on followers of the descriptive and analytical approach in defining and classifying these examples of coins, and analyzing the contents of their writings, in addition to the historical approach in linking these coins to the circumstances, personalities, and historical events accompanying their issuance. The study ended with a set of scientific results that were presented in detail in the conclusion of the research.
