The effect of using a teaching strategy based on cooperative learning and deduction in acquiring concepts and developing problem-solving skills in genetics among secondary school students

The aim of the research is to show the effect of using a teaching strategy based on cooperative learning and deduction in developing the acquisition and understanding of concepts, and developing the skill of solving problems in inheritance among secondary school students. Of the 19 students in the second grade of secondary school, the test was applied before and after teaching. The results of the research showed an improvement in the post-performance of the students over the tribal performance in acquiring and understanding concepts, and the skill of solving problems with a statistically significant difference.
