This study addresses the topic of terrorism and seeks to understand its causes and explore potential solutions, through a comparative analysis between Islamic Sharia and international law. The study highlights the influence of media in associating terrorism with Islam and Muslims, emphasizing the importance of accurately defining the concept of terrorism and clarifying the true image of Islam. Additionally, the study aims to identify the historical roots of terrorism and extract the factors that have contributed to its proliferation, while presenting effective means to address this phenomenon.
