Due to the recent struggles faced by Muslim women in many Arab and Islamic countries regarding their right to inheritance, some individuals resort to deceit to diminish this right and work towards depriving them entirely of obtaining it. Therefore, I have decided to elucidate in this research the reality of inheritance for some Muslim women in recent times and the obstacles hindering them from obtaining their right to inheritance. This is done by highlighting the reasons behind the prevalence of this phenomenon, which include religious, economic, legal, and judicial factors. Furthermore, I discuss the consequences of this phenomenon, addressing various aspects such as religious, economic, legal, and judicial solutions to eradicate it.
