The importance of the topic lies in the fact that epics are a heritage for all humanity, upon which childhood consciousness is founded. Then, as the mind evolved, it turned towards experimentation and philosophy, where humans attempted to transcend the dimensions of reality and search for the essence of existence and immortality. This was an attempt to understand the conflict between death and the human will clinging to survival. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, which focuses on describing literary texts accurately and conducting in-depth analysis to reach the desired results. Additionally, it is a method based on interpretation, criticism, and critique of literary phenomena, encompassing all necessary processes for researching and studying literature. The study concluded that the supreme and distinctive example of humanity and the intellectual essence of the epic attempted to search for the secret of immortality and desired to formulate a new life, yet remained wandering, seeking the puzzle of death and life. However, the outcome of the struggle led to failure and a return to the starting point.
