Strategies for coping with work pressures among a sample of middle education principals in the city of Batna, Algeria

Abstract

This research deals with a study of one of the Zakat banks. It is a share “for the sake of God” in the light of contemporary reality, as the study dealt with clarifying the concept of this bank in language and idiomatically, and presenting the opinions of jurists, commentators and modernists - from ancient and contemporary - in its rulings, with their evidence being mentioned and discussed, and the most correct opinion on the issue according to what they have reached researcher. The research also highlighted the importance of this bank in the present era in achieving the interest of the Dawa and the Islamic State, strengthening its side, defending it, and weakening its enemies, according to what the situation requires. Then the research showed the need for Muslims to work with a share “and in the way of God” in the present age and the places to which this share can be spent today, the amount of money given to this bank and the conditions for that. The research relied on the inductive and analytical methods. This research concluded that it is more likely that the meaning of the path of God is to be assigned to jihad while expanding this concept to include all that is achieved by supporting the religion.
