Abstract

This paper provides a comprehensive study of the concepts and methodologies associated with psychological warfare, offering an analysis of rumors, their typologies, and preventive measures. The paper delves into various strategies aimed at averting the impact of psychological warfare, including the debunking of rumors through factual presentation, enhancing citizen awareness regarding psychological warfare tactics, stressing the importance of effective communication between leaders and citizens, and advocating the strategic use of indifference and neglect towards rumors to mitigate their influence.
