Protecting human rights and freedoms in light of the theory of security.

The concept of security was based on protecting the security of the nation-state, from internal and external dangers by using military force, and the emergence of new threats such as poverty, ignorance, natural disasters and others, and these dangers are dealt only with a comprehensive security concept, based on the human being the basis for achieving state security, as every right is The exercise of human rights requires a margin of freedom. Concern about human freedom is no longer limited to what is contained in the various national constitutions of states. Rather, it has become a global affair enshrined in international agreements and charters. Human freedom is considered a human right, and protecting human freedom is considered an international obligation, and there is a necessity and importance. The presence of political security here within the human rights system, and human security as it deals with two main issues, the issue of rights and duties and the nature and scope of state sovereignty in which institutions aim to protect these rights, and it also includes that relationship between the state and citizens by protecting their rights and freedoms from violation.
