Abstract

The current study aimed to know and determine the extent of the presence of spiritual intelligence among the heads of scientific departments in the College of Education from the students' point of view, and whether the degree of spiritual intelligence among the sample members varies according to the student's gender and scientific specialization.  In this study, the researcher used a questionnaire for spiritual intelligence prepared by Al-Masry (2017), and the study sample amounted to (183) male and female students from the College of Education with its four stages and eleven departments, and the study reached the following results:  The head of the department does not treat others better than they treat him from the students' point of view, while faith in God appears when facing problems.There are no statistically significant differences in the degrees of spiritual intelligence among the heads of scientific departments from the students' point of view due to the gender variable (male – female) of the student There are no statistically significant differences in the degrees of spiritual intelligence among the heads of scientific departments from the students' point of view due to the student's specialization variable (scientific – literary).
