Praise be to Allah, who taught mankind eloquence, and blessings and peace be upon our Master Muhammad, who bestowed upon him the virtue of eloquence, saying, "Indeed, there is magic in eloquence." In this research, I direct my attention to the personality of Ibn Sinan Al-Khafaji and his scholarly and literary life. The research focuses on the book "The Secret of Eloquence" by Ibn Sinan Al-Khafaji as one of the important works of Arab heritage. The book presents texts of Arabic poetry representing different eras and diverse trends in literature, and includes criticism of the works of many renowned Arab poets. The research aims to shed light on the significance of Ibn Sinan's personality and his contributions to Arabic literature and rhetoric, as well as correcting misconceptions associated with him
