Talking about the Palestinian executive authority is not easy, especially since this authority, more precisely the "national authority," emerged amidst political circumstances imposed by the policy of the fait accompli, such as international, regional, and Palestinian domestic conditions. On the other hand, this authority is still a fledgling, swaying to and fro, and has not settled into a stable political system. This is undoubtedly due to the brief political and legal experimentation in Palestine and the various conditions experienced by Palestine, which directly affected its political system and, consequently, its government (the executive authority). This is what we will address in this article.
