Internet use among students of the Faculty of Arts at Omar Al-Mukhtar University: A field study

Internet technology is considered one of the modern means that contributes to facilitating individuals' lives and providing diverse sources of knowledge. This study examines the reasons and motivations that drive students of the Faculty of Arts at Omar Al-Mukhtar University to use the Internet. It sheds light on the difficulties and problems they encounter, in addition to focusing on the channels they use to access Internet services. The article provides practical recommendations based on the results extracted from the study, focusing on improving the quality of digital services and offering effective solutions to overcome the challenges students face.
