The research aims to define the general framework of Cioran's philosophy and his prose style of writing, as a model for contemporary philosophical writings, which tend towards ambiguity and exalt misunderstanding, to show that this type of ideas and this style of writing are the result of fundamental and major changes faced by contemporary philosophers, from the multiplicity of problems and the speed of life events and the orientation towards the daily and direct, which ultimately produced texts that are difficult to classify due to their lack of commitment to classical philosophical doctrines and language
