Abstract

This research attempts to analyze the phenomenon of religious violence, which has taken on various organizational forms, not only by identifying the ideas behind these organizations but in the context of the social and cultural environment characteristics that contributed to the emergence of this phenomenon, however, by relying on some theoretical perceptions and visions that attempt to define the structure. The culture surrounding the phenomenon may contribute to enriching the understanding and identifying the factors of its production and reproduction. The available features surrounding the phenomenon reveal that the basic idea that can be drawn from theoretical visions and is directly related to religious violence can be summed up in two points; First, the failure to complete the updated structure, and Second, the institutionalization of religion.
