This research aims to identify the problems faced by outstanding students in secondary school in the cities of Al-Bayda and Derna from their point of view. The research sample consisted of (122) students, (52) from the Outstanding Students Center in Al-Bayda, divided into (38) male and (14) female students, and (70) students from the Outstanding Students Center in Derna. Students' ages ranged between (16 to 18) years. Researchers used a questionnaire on the educational and psychological problems of outstanding students, prepared by Adel Al-Ashwal (2013), which consisted of (61) sections. The research revealed that the outstanding students suffer from (educational and psychological) problems, where the mean of the problems as a whole was (185.25). The most common problems were psychological problems, where the mean was (95.52), and the results showed that there were no differences in the level of problems among outstanding students according to the variables (gender, age group, school year, city).
