Abstract

A patient from the area of Green Mountain in the eastern part of Libya, presenting an unusual cutaneous leishmaniasis in his leg. We presenting here the first reported case of cutaneous leishmaniasis in this area. The case was confirmed by the laboratory examination, blood smear and Histopathological examination were done. The patient response to the treatment with Ketoconazole.
